Proven implementation and application support experience

Anthelio has been providing Paragon clinical and financial module implementations (design/build/test), end user training, and go live support lead by PMP certified project managers for Paragon hospitals ranging in size from community hospitals to large health systems.

Meaningful use build expertise & interactive feedback tool

Our team has expertise in completing the meaningful use build for MU1 and MU2 with individuals experienced in implementing modules required (i. e. Rules Engine, Truven Patient Education, Direct Messaging, Paragon Connect, CCS Build). Our proprietary MU tool provides real time feedback to provider in meeting the documentation requirements to support compliance.

Proven Paragon upgrade experience

To date, Anthelio has completed 50+ Paragon upgrades from 8.5.104 through the current release of 12.0.985. Our full cycle of upgrade services include:

Paragon Interfaces
Anthelio Information Exchange Services team has developed and provides 24x7x365 monitoring and support of  500+ Paragon interfaces between distinct applications including clinical and financial systems.  In addition, the team demonstrates proven expertise in 14+ integration engines/platforms (i.e. Cloverleaf, Corepoint, Automate, eGate, Openlink, eLink, Mirth, Epic bridges)

Paragon National Service Desk Anthelio's National Service Desk provides 24 x 7 x 365 support for Paragon sites with an annual call volume of 185K+ with first call resolution rate of >60% including a dedicated physician support line.

Paragon Hosting – Rated 2nd in KLAS September 2013
Anthelio provides remote hosting capability for 15 Paragon customer sites in our subterranean, high availability (five 9's) data center hosting 1,300 Paragon servers and application delivery infrastructure with managed storage of 450 TB

Paragon/McKesson Patient Folder (MPF) Integration
Design, built, tested, implemented and/or provided support for over 25+ instances of the MPF document imaging and workflow system since 1997. Our extensive workflow knowledge of Paragon and MPF optimizes your patient access, HIM and revenue cycle to support the patient care process.

Paragon/mLAB Integration

Anthelio's mLAB team has been providing implementation (design/build/test), end user training and go live support services for HLAB/MLAB customers since 2010. Modules include:
