David is responsible for the execution of customer facing and business optimization initiatives as well as leading Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate partnership development. Through the recruitment of operational, financial and market intelligence, David partners with Anthelio's leadership to drive business development, innovation and service excellence.
David has 13 years of experience within technology, physician services and structured finance across diverse industries including healthcare, banking and energy. Prior to Anthelio, David was the Program Director, Information and Technology Services, with McKesson. In that role, he established a program management office to drive business objectives and to coordinate the development, testing and implementation of McKesson's next generation Electronic Health Record product offering. David also supported the due diligence and negotiation of merger terms for the $2.2 billion acquisition of US Oncology and served as a core member of the merger integration team. Previously, he served at the Bank of New York Mellon as Vice President, Risk and Controls Manager and at the accounting firms of Ernst & Young, LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP.
David holds a Master of Business Administration (Taxation) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) from Baylor University.
