  The Perfect Partnership

In 2015, we completed the acquisition of Pyramid Healthcare Solutions, an industry leader in Revenue Cycle Management,
Patient Financial Services and Cancer Registry Services. Anthelio is the largest independent provider of healthcare
technology products and services. Uniting our two companies’ positions us to lead the market as the comprehensive
provider of RCM services. The acquisition expanded our service portfolio in a complementary manner that addresses the
many challenging core business processes healthcare providers face today. It dramatically expanded our footprint in the
patient financial services arena which enhanced our revenue cycle offerings while also expanding our medical coding,
clinical documentation improvement, and auditing resource talent pool. We also gained Pyramid’s well established
customer base, which offers tremendous potential for cross-selling our world class products and IT services.

The Pyramid acquisition was an important strategic opportunity to grow the company while positioning Anthelio as the leader
    in healthcare technology solutions.
